Welcome to swapR, a platform that helps train passengers connect to swap seats for mutual convenience. By using Swapr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Swapr, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

You must have a valid train ticket for the journey in which you are participating.

2. Nature of the Service

Swapr does not sell train tickets.

Seat swaps are voluntary and dependent on the cooperation of other passengers.

Swapr is not responsible if a swap request is refused by another passenger or train staff.

Pricing is variable and dependant on the user.

3. Refund Policy

If you cancel a swap request before it is accepted, you are eligible for a nominal refund.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate journey and seat details.
• Not to use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Not to harass or threaten other users.
• To conduct swaps politely and respectfully.

6. Limitations of Liability

Swapr is not liable for:

• Any disputes between passengers.
• Any issues caused by incorrect seat information.
• Any intervention by train authorities.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the swap.

7. Account Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms

Swapr may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
